Controllers
Those who have overall control of the equipment and who are responsible for its inspection & maintenance eg Hirers
Operators
Those persons, over 18 years, appointed by the controller to be in charge of the day to day operation of the equipment.
Attendants
Those persons, over 16 years, working under the direction of the operator to assist in the operation of the equipment

3. SETTING UP OUTDOORS ON GRASS / EARTH
4. SETTING UP OUTDOORS ON HARD STANDING

Attendees will be taken from arrival to take down.
